Well decided on setting off for such a new adventure, I take my first step, then a giant leap. I feel the need for getting in motion, breathing deeply and gaining height in order to understand myself better, and let go. Nothing will ever be easy; there will be tough times. But each victory will be mine.
Life is not a race, but rather the passing of time, and I’m ready to stop now and again to savour every instant. I dream of other places, paradises lost, reconnecting with the world around me, for an inner voyage.
I feel a great desire to free myself of all that is superfluous and to explore new horizons in order to find a simple and healthy way of life.
I am aware that everyday will not be a walk in the park but I am determined to follow that path and open up the passageway for those seeking, like myself, to reach their quest. Come on, I’m opening up the door to freedom, for you…

We don’t want to plan anymore, we don’t want to set up time slots, we don’t want to change clothes, we don’t want sports to be just sports and nothing more. With our « Mates », we live, normally, we integrate sport in our daily life, because we need it not only physically but also mentally.
Of course, we are more motivated when summer is approaching and the weather is nice, but we also want to maintain our body on the long term.
We want to connect, to meet, to talk… The social dimension is one of the strongest motivations around a sport that is entertaining, motivating, without constraints, without compèt’ and that still allows me to have the peach in my daily life, and maybe even to inspire the youngest.

Slowly but surely
The passing of time range is like a cold bath or a breath of fresh air. It shakes us, wakes us up and sets us into motion. The desaturated light and dark green shades invite us to empty our minds, see the big picture, advance peacefully but surely. The greyish cold violet inspires stability, gives us a steady new departure. The barely bleached bright blue is frank, determined. It guarantees freedom and new horizons. Finally, the jean blue and beige, timeless tones, are added as backup, ever so discreetly.

Quitting lightly
With freedom of movement, I can free myself from all that is superfluous. The components that make up my sports attire are lightweight and airy. The surface of the equipment that accompanies my movements is translucent owing to the plastic used, ever so dry to the touch.
I now choose to reconnect with the present.
